  73. PORTFOL directory/folder), type:

  79. To print the registration order form from Notepad (or other text editor), 
  80. open the file Order.frm in the program folder.  From the File menu of 
  81. Notepad, select Page Setup to set all margins minimally:  0 for Left, 
  82. Right, Top, Bottom Margins.  Delete the default header and footer items.  
  83. Select OK.  Then from the File Menu, select Print to print out the order 
  84. form.  (If you wish to fill in the form with your order information before 
  85. printing, it may be best to open Order.frm in a word processor, such as 
  86. WordPad, since Notepad does not have an overwrite mode.)

  88. You may also order with a note or letter that includes your name, organiza-
  89. tion name, address, program name & version, number of users being licensed,
  90. and remittance.  We would appreciate knowing where you obtained your copy
  91. of this program; we utilize this information on your source for future

  93. latest versions of our programs.
